Important: No customer data is accessed, stored, or processed by AdiOS Platform Pvt Ltd. The platform runs on the customer's own infrastructure. Customer data never leaves the customer's boundary.

- Form submissions: processed through Cloudflare Workers, stored in Zoho CRM (India data center).
- Encryption: TLS 1.3 for all data in transit.
- Access control: role-based access, minimum necessary principle.
- Customer inference data: no customer inference data is ever stored by us. The AdiOS Platform runs entirely on customer infrastructure.

- For the enterprise product: all data stays within the customer's sovereign boundary. No data leaves.
